Fastlane managed to capture some shots of Pure`s 2011 prototype frame at Codham Park, this was being Put through its paces by a couple of its team riders. The bike is Shanaze's bike, EA Pure rider Aaran Shrosbree was giving it a test on Sunday.

You will notice there are a few subtle differences with more of a flow to the frame. The most noticeable were the visual difference in the shape and reduction of size of the top tube and how it Continues as one through the seat post to the drop outs.

Secondly, the conventional seat post. This has always been a bit of a `marmite`, love it or hate it aspect of the frame and we feel has now been adressed!

It seems Pure appeared to have listened to what their customers want and incorporated these changes into the 2011 bike whilst retaining the benefits of a `Pure` (excuse the pun!) race frame.

Spence had chance to talk to a couple of EA Pure`s team riders. Arran Shrosbree commented, `it feels very light, well balanced, very precise, super easy to manual and jump and even more responsive out of the gate`. These were backed up by another non EA Pure, very respected National rider who managed to get a ride!!

A factory Redline rider was seen testing the Pure (Fastlane will not reveal ID of this rider) and was allegedly heard saying "Bmx racing never had it so good"

We would agree with the general consensus that if their 2011 production bike looks anything like the bike at Codham, they will be very popular indeed next year.

For those that prefer an aluminium frame, we are lead to believe that an almost identical looking version is already in circulation and will be on display very soon at the forthcoming Nationals!

So what do you think, save the titanium for golf clubs or are PURE on the right track? The fastlane snipers
